Hi, I'm Julia!

I am a creative professional with a passion for writing. Check out some of the things that make me, me!

Travel!
I love seeing the world. I had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Berlin, Germany and Copenhagen, Denmark fall semester of my junior year.
Crochet!
I crochet little stuffed animals and clothing. I recently learned how to knit as well!

Journal!
I've kept a journal since I was a kid. My favorite is to tape magazine clippings and memories onto the pages.

Nature!
The outdoors is where I feel most alive. I love getting out into nature and going on hikes and camping trips with friends and family.

Reading!
As an English major, I love reading books. Some of my favorite books are "Daisy Jones & the Six" by Taylor Jenkins Reid and "One Day" by David Nicholls.

Beach!
Listening to the ocean waves and smelling the salty air are the best sensory triggers. I feel very connected to the beach. My grandma has a house on Cape Cod, where some of the best beaches are.

Music!
I love exploring different albums and types of music. I enjoy going to concerts with my friends, especially at Thompson's Point in Maine.

Thrifting!
Going to thrift and vintage shops brings me immense joy. I love finding treasures in the shops. My favorite vintage shop is Little Ghost in Portland, Maine.

Coffee!
Coffee is the best start to my day. I am a proud coffee addict. Going to friends to local coffee shops is the best way to spend a day off.

I have lived in New England all
my life. I love living by the water,
with close access to the mountains. Within NE, I have lived in three different states:
- Born in New Hampshire
- Grade school in Massachusetts
- Middle and High School in Maine
- College in New Hampshire
